As Speaker Nancy Pelosi and members of her democratic party discuss their plans for yet another impeachment process should President Trump win a second term, Middle East countries are expressing their support for the President's approach to establishing regional peace. For example, the majority Sunni Muslim country of Qatar recently, publicly announced its interest in following the path of the UAE, Kosovo, Bahrain and Serbia. To normalize relations with the Jewish State would be in the best interest of all concerned. Additionally, just 11 hours ago, Honduras announced its plan to open an embassy in Jerusalem before the end of 2020. Trump's Deal of the Century is successfully forging ahead and making deep inroads in the Middle East, fulfilling bible prophecy despite the relentless efforts made by some in Washington to stand in his way. Can anyone guess who might be behind any move to oppose the fulfillment of bible prophecy in the Middle East? Ephesians 6:12 may hold the answer.
Now, my thought for today:
"You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt looses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned?"
"You are the light of the world."
"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven."
The above three statements were made by our Lord Jesus Christ and recorded by Matthew in Matthew 5: 13 - 16.
What did our Lord mean when He compared His disciples to salt and light?
