Just a Thought - 08/20/2020

On Saturday, September 26th, 2020, thousands of Christians will be assembling at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC for a Prayer March 2020. This event will be led by Franklin Graham and supported by evangelical Christian churches from across our nation.

As the group makes it way to the U.S. Capitol, it will stop at key locations to ask God to heal the divisions in our nation, guide our leaders, protect our religious freedoms and pour out His Spirit on America.

I know that members of FHG may not be able to attend that Prayer March but I encourage you to set aside some time on September 26th to join with fellow believers in every town, city and State in America in addressing the concerns of our nation with our great God.

Remember that "If My people who are called by My name would humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land." - 2 Chronicles 7: 14

Remember also 2 Samuel 24: 25: "...The Lord was moved by prayer for the land..."

I am sure that you would agree that our beloved nation needs the guiding hand of our great God more than ever before to lead us into the paths of His righteousness.
