Good Sunday morning to all and a "Happy Father's Day" to all the fathers of our wonderful FHG assembly. May the good Lord bless us to be exemplary fathers to our families first and then to all with whom we have contact.
My message for today is a continuation of our study on the apostle Paul's "...at the last trumpet..." phrase of 1 Corinthians 15: 52. You will find it by opening the information on 06/10/2020. As always, I expect that you will carefully read and meditate on it. The information I'm sharing is interesting and thought provoking and provides us not only with the meaning of Paul's puzzling phrase but with a critical appreciation of the closeness of the rapture of the church. Enjoy!
The first solar eclipse of 2020 appeared this morning in the sky over Israel and according to Jewish tradition, precisely coincides with the anniversary of the day that Moses sent 12 spies into the land of Canaan. The eclipse was visible from 7:26 AM, reached its peak one hour later and disappeared at 9:26 AM. The sun was 99% obscured by the moon, which made the sun's corona appear as a ring of fire around the dark circle of the moon. The eclipse was visible in parts of Africa including the Congo, Ethiopia, Pakistan, India and China. Rabbi Yosef Berger, the rabbi of King David's tomb on Mount Zion provided a meaning for the timing of this eclipse, but since I do not agree with the rabbi, I will not share his thoughts with you. That said, the rabbi did confirm his belief that in accordance with Jewish understanding of scripture, the world is living in the Messianic period.
Maranatha!
Now go to my publication of 06/10/2020 and read the entire document slowly again. You will be allowing the Lord to feed your spirit.
